- _aaaa_cccc_cccc_tttt_pppp_rrrr_cccc reads standard input, in the form described by _aaaa_cccc_cccc_tttt(4), and
- converts it to total accounting records (see the _tttt_aaaa_cccc_cccc_tttt record in
- _aaaa_cccc_cccc_tttt(4)). _aaaa_cccc_cccc_tttt_pppp_rrrr_cccc divides CPU time into prime time and nonprime time and
- determines mean memory size (in memory segment units). _aaaa_cccc_cccc_tttt_pppp_rrrr_cccc then
- summarizes the _tttt_aaaa_cccc_cccc_tttt records, according to user IDs, and adds login names
- corresponding to the user IDs. The summarized records are then written
- to standard output. _aaaa_cccc_cccc_tttt_pppp_rrrr_cccc_1111 reads input in the form described by
- _aaaa_cccc_cccc_tttt(4), adds login names corresponding to user IDs, then writes for each
- process an ASCII line giving user ID, login name, prime CPU time (tics),
- nonprime CPU time (tics), and mean memory size (in memory segment units).
- If _c_t_m_p is given, it is expected to contain a list of login sessions
- sorted by user ID and login name. If this file is not supplied, it
- obtains login names from the password file, just as _aaaa_cccc_cccc_tttt_pppp_rrrr_cccc does. The
- information in _c_t_m_p helps it distinguish between different login names
- sharing the same user ID.
-
- From standard input, _aaaa_cccc_cccc_tttt_pppp_rrrr_cccc_2222 reads records in the form written by
- _aaaa_cccc_cccc_tttt_pppp_rrrr_cccc_1111, summarizes them according to user ID and name, then writes the
- sorted summaries to the standard output as total accounting records.
-
- _aaaa_cccc_cccc_tttt_pppp_rrrr_cccc_1111 checks the environment variable _A_C_C_T__A__S_S_I_Z_E to figure out the
- maximum number of sessions that it might need to report in one accounting
- run.
-
- All three of these commands check the environment variable _A_C_C_T__A__U_S_I_Z_E
- to figure out the maximum number of distinct login names that need to be
- reported in one accounting run.

- The _aaaa_cccc_cccc_tttt_pppp_rrrr_cccc command is typically used as shown below:
-
- _aaaa_cccc_cccc_tttt_pppp_rrrr_cccc _<<<< _////_vvvv_aaaa_rrrr_////_aaaa_dddd_mmmm_////_pppp_aaaa_cccc_cccc_tttt _>>>> _pppp_tttt_aaaa_cccc_cccc_tttt
-
- The _aaaa_cccc_cccc_tttt_pppp_rrrr_cccc_1111 and _aaaa_cccc_cccc_tttt_pppp_rrrr_cccc_2222 commands are typically used as shown below:
-
- _aaaa_cccc_cccc_tttt_pppp_rrrr_cccc_1111 _cccc_tttt_mmmm_pppp _<<<< _////_vvvv_aaaa_rrrr_////_aaaa_dddd_mmmm_////_pppp_aaaa_cccc_cccc_tttt _|||| _aaaa_cccc_cccc_tttt_pppp_rrrr_cccc_2222 _>>>> _pppp_tttt_aaaa_cccc_cccc_tttt

- Although it is possible for _aaaa_cccc_cccc_tttt_pppp_rrrr_cccc_1111 to distinguish among login names
- that share user IDs for commands run normally, it is difficult to do this
- for those commands run from _cccc_rrrr_oooo_nnnn(1M), for example. A more precise
- conversion can be done using the _aaaa_cccc_cccc_tttt_wwww_tttt_mmmm_pppp program in _aaaa_cccc_cccc_tttt(1M). _aaaa_cccc_cccc_tttt_pppp_rrrr_cccc
- does not distinguish between users with identical user IDs.
-
- A memory segment of the mean memory size is a unit of measure for the
- number of bytes in a logical memory segment on a particular processor.
